About the Company
The Wylie East Dance company (WEDC) is the resident performance company for the Wylie East Dance Department. The company was founded in 2022 with the intention of providing students an opportunity to study dance on a deeper level in a public high school setting, allowing them to grow in artistry, find their voice through movement, and study with guest choreographers who are masters of their craft.
Each dance season, WEDC looks forward to finding new ways to grow dancers through experiences, such as fall & spring concerts, local dance festivals, and dance conventions.
